The Concert Band, often referred to simply as The Woodinville Community Band, is the original group founded in 1993. It is a traditional wind symphony meaning it is made up of woodwind, brass and percussion players (and stringed basses). Currently, there are about 50 musicians in this group. The style of music performed includes classical music, marches and show tunes, as well as more contemporary band literature.
Rehearsals
During the school year:
Thursdays 8:00-9:30 PM (immediately after Jazz Band)
Rehearsals are usually held at Overlake Christian Church
in the choir room. On occasion we rehearse at
Leota Jr. High or Timbercrest Jr. High. Check the
